About the Clear Recovery Center Teen Program

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

This is the most intensive and demanding level of outpatient care available to our teenage and adolescent clients. Clients who still require a highly structured environment with lots of supervision and accountability benefit the most from this program. Clear Recovery Center’s PHP program is five days a week, six hours per day.. Clients engage in individual and group therapies to address negative thoughts, regulate emotions, and change behaviors.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our IOP program is a step down from our PHP program and is three days a week for three hours a day. However, it still provides a robust schedule of therapeutic activities. Clients participate in the same individual and group therapies as the PHP level of care. Each client meets with their individual therapist and their individual case manager once per week. Families will receive a weekly phone call with an update on their teen’s progress from the case manager.

Outpatient Program (OP)

The outpatient program is the most flexible of the treatment programs for teens that Clear Recovery Center offers. Clients who graduate from the IOP program are invited to continue treatment at the outpatient level. Our outpatient programs include once-a-week case management and a group session or once-a-week case management and two group sessions. This is based on your teenager’s needs and your family’s preferences.

Alumni Program

Clients who complete the full course of our outpatient treatment programs for teens are also invited to attend an alumni group offered once a week in order to stay connected with their peers and the treatment team. This serves as a form of maintenance and ensures that you remain connected to our compassionate and professional staff should your teen require further treatment. At Clear Recovery Center, we are committed to inspiring change, building communities, and enriching lives.
